Is it possible to move the cleansing dictionaries in BODS 3.2 to BODS 4.1 without using Information Steward since the client does not have IS Installed.
Please let me know if there is any other alternative to move the dictionaries from 3.2 to 4.1 without using Information Steward.

Hi Hamsini,
It is not possible to move 3.2 dictionaries to 4.x cleansing packages . You have to use Information steward import option using dictionary file and rule files only . Because they don’t have Base data cleanse transform from 4.x onwards . IS will change internally dictionary and rule file into its own format then only we can use .
Except address cleansing and person firm cleansing we should use Information steward . 4.x onwards custom cleansing means Information steward only no more DS. Its act as mediator for running the bulk amount data for cleansing .
