Importing BIAR file

I have created an Import file on my locally installed BO XI (CMS on MySQL en dashboard on SQL server 2000). All objects, universes, users are exported to that file.

Now I want to import the biar file on a server where I also installed BO XI (CMS and dashboard both in SQL server 2000), but when I want to import the biar file, no users, objects etc are available.

What could be the problem please advise?

I have the following problem. Locally I have BO Xi installed with MySQL as CMS, SQL server 2000 for the dashboard. Now I have installed BO XI on a server. I made a backup of the SQL server database. I want my CMS to connect with SQL server 2000, so I do not have to install MySQL again. how can I do this? Is it possible to convert MYSQL to SQL server 2000? please advise Swimmer (BOB member since 2006-08-23)

I can not start the CMC from Central Configuration Manager. Everytime I click start it stops right away. What could be the problem? please advise Swimmer (BOB member since 2006-08-23)

If you keep one thread in continuity it will help people to reply to it and also keeps it organized.

You remember that there is still SP2 to be installed which you had asked.
BIAR file had issues which hopefully should be resolved by applying SP2.
