Can any one reconfirm this for me? I am migrating Crystal reports form old BO XI to a new installation of Edge 3.1 fix pack 1.2. What I found, there is no option to import repository objects in the Edge XI 3.1 version. It does not exist. In Enterprise edition this option is present. If you click on the help button in Import Wizard it tells you about import repository objects but I do not see it present.
Is it a Import Wizard bug or omission on the SAP BO part?
The reason I am asking is that after migrating Crystal reports to a new platform, reports lost dynamic prompting. When the same report was migrated manually dynamic prompting was preserved. It leads me to believe that repository objects connected to the Crystal reports are not migrating because it is not specified in Import Wizard. However I need the conformation or rebuttal on my findings.

What is the version of your source BO XI environment? Importing of repository objects is definately supported through Import Wizard TO an EDGE 3.1 environment…

The first version (BO XI). And in our Edge 3.1 fix pack 1.2 Import Wizard does not have option for importing repository objects like Enterprise version does. I can send you a print screen, it is the third one after source and destination screens. It may be supported but if you can not select it you can not imported.

For those who are interested. BO just confirmed it is a bug introduced in fix pack 1.2 for BO Edge XI 3.1 Import Wizard.
In order to migrate repository objects you need to select Import users and Groups but not the first one in the list but the one in the middle, the one that supposed to be named Import repository objects. Apparently they named Import repository objects incorrectly they named it Import users and Groups. So here it is folks another mystery solved
