import wizard encountere error

am migrating 8 reports from production system to the test environemnt using the Import Wizard.
some of the reports has been migrated sucessfully and some other are not. i encoutered the below error message:

“committing the export object to the destination CMS failed.File Repository Server error:Fail to write to file”

Which version are we talking about here? If it’s XI R2, please be sure to be on SP2 if you want Import Wizard to work as expected.
