All webi reports that were scheduled last weekend failed and get next error in Broadcast Console: Import of Webintelligence 6.x document failed
I checked the authority for the user that has scheduled the reports and everything is granted for all modules.
BCA is created on the highest level of usergroups.
Also, sign on as the BCA user that scheduled the reports and just try a Retrieve from Corporate Docs for some of the effected reports? Does it work on your PC? Does it work at the server in Full Client?
I have more than 40 Gig free storage space on the server…
I logged into Webi with the BCA user, but get an empty documents-list.
When I trie log in with the BCA user in Full Client, I get an error saying that BCA had no authority to use Full Client.
I can open and refresh the document in webi without any problem whit the user that scheduled the report. I cannot retrieve it via Full client.
The problem is solved for most reports just by shortening the document-name.
For one report, this didn’t help.
I created and scheduled a new Webi report and it runs without any problem.
When I log in with the BCA user, I don’t experience any problems. I can open, create, edit, publish, refresh,… every webi-document in Webi and do the same with every FC-report in Full Client.
I am facing the same issue. Document name is of only 8 character.
Some of the reports failed during scheduled refresh. When i scheduled this reports again it refreshed succesfully. i haven’t changed any setting.
