I have BIAR file, created by admins of prod environment XI2 SP3 FP3.3 (BIAR was created without user accounts - users are authenticated using Windows AD). Now I’m trying to put all the reports into fresh test env on SP4. The problem is I’m unable to import the objects as well as universes - only things I can import are folders. In Import Wizard I didn’t recieve any errors - it just states at the end that 0 of 140 objects was imported or 0 of 5 universes was imported. I’ve tried many options, with replacing existing objects as well as without overwriting. The only thing I can find in logs files (file from Logging directory):

If it’s impossible to import from lower SP to higher how can I upgrade any environment (as far as I know safest way of upgrading SP is to setup new env and import content)?
My systems are located in two different areas, in two separate sites. It’s impossible to connect from one Import Wizard to both systems.
Are you sure biar from SP3 to SP4 is unsupported? If you are, how can I migrate my content?
I am not sure of this, its only a possibility. I was just suggesting you test a few things.
Worst case scenario, use SP3 import wizard to create biar file from your source environment. Create a new SP3 environment on the same network as your target environment. Upgrade new environment in place, then import to the target SP4 environment.
