Hi guys,

If a user comes to administrator that he don’t have specific rights or he can’t access. to specific content.
As a admin,what are the steps we have to take?
can we login with his username but not with his password and check the rights?

It depends. If you are using AD or LDAP then I would create an Enterprise alias account to the user’s account and test with that.
If you are using Enterpise then you can have a test account. Give exact same rights to your test account as the user and test with it.
Other option is to use remote access tools like netmeeting, webex, centra to check what the user is doing.
Last option is to ask the user to give you the password.
