HI All,

I have more than 3000 user’s using my BO Reports…out of 3000 few people are not actively using…I want send a message to all users saying that “please let me know who are actively using the reports if not please replay me back i will deactivale your accounts” this is the message i need with single shot…Please let me know how is it possible.

You can achieve this by displaying the message on the Infoview logon page.

You could create a report containing that text…but what is stopping you using the auditing tools to find out for yourself who is using the system?
