I am new to Crystal Reports and using CR 2011. I want to dispay Last refresh Date:dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm. Can anyone please snd me the formulae how to write it on left corner/Header of the report. Thanks.

You can use Data Date from special fields in Crystal Designer Tool. Drag the field to your desired location on the Design tab. Just add a text label besides it…

Are you asking for last report refresh date or last data refresh date at the database level? If at the report level, you can use the special field data date. If it is at the database level or universe level, create a view in the database to get ETL last data refresh date or an object in the universe. Then create a sub-report to pass the last refresh date to the main report.

The exact requirement is Last refresh date: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm format(it’s report refresh date). I am able to print it but not in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm format. Please help. Thanks.

Format your time field and select “None” for “Seconds”. For these small issues you have to spend some time on formatting of the fields and learn.
