I dont have enough user licenses

Hi,

I can’t login into Infoview, CMC or RichClient with my BO user. When I try to login, it send me this error.

It doesnt recognized the account information: Do not have sufficient user licenses name to make this user a user name. You have 0 named user licenses. (FWB 00013)

I try to create a new user with the administrator account but, It says to me the same as above.

Does anyone have a solution or a explanation for this

You can access BO based on the number of named user licences when BO software purchased. If you want to have licence for more users then talk with your supervisor and then contact SAP BO Sales team…

…or have your ADMINs clean-up any old “unused” Named Accounts that are configured in the CMC…

Thank both for your answers, the problem was that my key license expired, I just renew it and all works fine.
