Hi,
I have a link that works wonderfully on my computer. It’s a webi X2 report. It’s on the network and stored in a way that everyone has access to it. I have admin rights as do the others that have tried the report. While my link works perfectly, the hyperlink on 2 other computers either doesn’t go anywhere and just clears the page, or comes up with an error that states something about trusted sites.
Has anywone come across this before? Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.
Many thanks,
Inna

Hi Inna,
It sounds like it might be an issue with the network configuration. Are you connected through a proxy or a firewall? are they configured on your computer the same way as on the others?
If you have not succeeded in resolving this, post here the exact error message you’re getting. Maybe we (and Google) can help resolve it.

Thanks for your reply.
It was actually a SSL issue. Our server has tomcat sitting on top of it and apache sitting on top of tomcat for security issues. My hyperlinks were hitting the middle layer (tomcat) directly. When I changed the server name to the SSL (apache) version, those that were accessing the reports via the “correct” way, could get in.
Thanks for all your help
