Hyperlink in Crystal Not working

Hi All,
I would like to add one hyperlink in my CR report so that when user click the report another report will open. What I did,

  • Created a chart1.
  • Format Editor=> Hyperlink=> select A File=> Report1 (from my C drive)

Hyperlink is working perfectly in my PC.

Now object chart1 and Report1, I expored to the BO server (Enterprises).

  • I opened Chart1 via infoview but drill down (hyperlink) is not working. Any idea?

Hi,

Try placing the report with same folder of the main report.

I saved both reports in the same file in CMC. But when trying to drill down via Info view it is not working. It is saying ‘The page you requested is not found.’

Use “A website on the internet” option instead of “A file” and select the Create enterprise hyperlink. Browse through your enterpise folders and select the target report. Fill out the hyperlink settings and parameter settings if any.

I can not browse Enterprise folders. It is grey out.
