hw to list all reports/universes/connections etc. BO XI 3.1

Hi , Can anyone please let me know the way I can get a list of all reports, universes, conenctions, scheduled jobs from CMC ( BO XI 3.1).

Is using query builder the only option, by running different SQL queries over there ? In that case, I am getting the output as HTML files, but I need it in Doc. format
