we are facing page not found error to only some users while trying to access BI launchpad.
we implemented SSO windows authentication through keberos
removing cache from users browsers not helping. error occurring in all browsers.
verified registry settings and found all are in place.
Any suggestions. we noted that this issue occurring after we rebuild the tomcat to fix the google chrome issue ( updated the server.xml file and rebuild tomcat).
we are on BI 4.2 sp3
