Http status 500

Hi All,

We have a user who is trying to access his documents from his personal category. When he clicks on the documents under his personal category he receives the following error message:

HTTP Status 500

type Exception

message description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

we are using:

web server : apache
application server: tomcat
webi 6.5.1

Can anyone pls tell why this happening??

Is it only this user? Can he open corp docs?
If so, has he refreshed his doc list?

Hi Mike,
I am having the same problem as well. It happens to me using General Supervisor login and when I use the drill function. In my case, it is filed under Corporate documents.

Do you have any idea?
