HTML vs APPLET Chart Values not showing

Hello Team,

I have created one report with Category axis name and labels but when i try to open same report in Launch pad i can not see the values where as in Rich client it is fine.

How i can set this report so users can see it properly.

Have you used a font that is not available on the server?
Have you tried to change some of the axis/label properties or is the original version of “2018” still displayed here?

Yes the font is Arail 7
Yes i tried altering the Axis labels but didn’t work

Through Rich client i can see all these values even if i change the preference to Applet (Rich client) it works

but for HTML mode it is not displaying.
