HR Rapid mart

hi

i am new to this forum. one of our clients is going for rapidmart installation.

before going to project i am trying to test it. i have installed dataservices 3.2 sp3 connected it to ides. loaded several rapidmarts e.g sales or gl

everything is smoothly working.

now the problem comes in when i started working with HR rapid mart.

all other rapidmarts works smoothly. their data is imported well in BO and can run queries and display the dashboard

but when i start HR rapid mart it stops at infotype 1001 with the below mentioned error:

insert the value NULL into column ‘VALID_TO_DATE’, table ‘hrtar.dbo.HR_INFOTYPE_1001_DBTABLE’; column does not allow nulls

can someone please help me.

One record in the infotype 1001 of the SAP system has no valid-to date set. Your SAP HR should have enforced it but didn’t. You could modify the mapping and add e.g. a nvl(valid_to, $G_DEFAULT_DATE).

Hopefully at your Main Dataflow’s Query Transform or else at the R/3 DF itself

Hi Werner Daehn,
I am looking for information about SAP HR RapidMart.
Need both technical & cost details.
Sourcing HR data from ECC and load the same in Teradata DB using DS 3.1.
Is there a demo with downloadable sample rapidmart to try & test ?
