How to use output of report object to decide scheduling

Hi,

I have a requirement where I need to implement following

There is one object in a report that should decide whether the same report will be scheduled successfully or not.
In other words, if object a is used in report then if value of a is ‘Y’ then report scheduled runs successfully otherwise not
