How to Show Page Footer in Drill down report

Hi,
I have three levels of drill down on one report (Report Part Drilldown)
1st Summary Report: Sales Revenue Summary Report in Chart
2nd Drill Report: Sales Revenue by Country
3rd Drill Report: Sales Revenue by State.

I want PF (page Footer) display on each drill down report but some reason it is showing only 1st report, Sales Revenue Summary report. How to display PF on other reports?

Try this one. I hope it will help.

Under File > Report Filter. Check the Show All Header on Drill Down

Thanks. I did. but drill down is not working once I checked Show All Header on Drill Down. Any idea?
