How to send report in Crystal XI by mail ?

I want to know how to sent my reports witch i’ve done in crystal report XI to an external email like xxxx@yahoo.fr.

Open Outlook (or whatever mail client you are using) enter the To address and attach the rpt file to the email.
If you are talking about automating this process you will need a software package called Business Objects Enterprise.

In the Management Console - Servers - Crystal Report Job Server - Enable Email. Then click on it and configure the Email settings.
Then in Infoview test a report by scheduling to your email address to see if it works.
