How to select all values from Cascaded Prompt

Hi

I have created cascaded prompt such that it shows

Sector1
Category1
Brand1
CSKU1
CSKU2
CSKU3

Sector2
Category2
Brand2
CSKU4
CSKU5

But if the user wants to select All CSKUs in one go (ie not by manually selecting all CSKUs in each Sector but by typing something like All), then how would he achieve that?
