Our company has BusinessObjects XI 3.1 installed.
We have reports already designed and running.
A user would like a report to be sent automatically to his outlook email address daily.
I right-click on the report object and select schedule and can’t find any entry to specify the recipient email address.
I have tried to read the doc, but it’s taking just too much reading to get something so simple as this to be done.
Grateful if anyone could please point me to a link detailing the steps required.
I need to send 8 reports on a weekly to end users (sent to outlook recepient). However i would like to send all the reports in ONE email rather than 8 emails. Currently i am scheduling each report, which means users are getting 8 emails.
Is there a way i can schedule all the reports so that the reports can be sent via one email only.
You might want to use Publications to do that. Please read about Publications in the InfoView Guide. Using Publications you can schedule and email a bunch of documents.
