How to Restore Administrator user

Hi All,

If user Administrator is got currupt then how to restore it again ?

Can some one help me in this?

as in v4/5/6, I suggest you first to create other administrators users so that you are no longer oblige to always use the Administrator one… What do you mean by “the user is corrupted?”

What I mean is Administrator user is not able to retrive any report.

I think we need a bit more detail behind your problem. Is there an error message of sorts? Have you forgotten the password?

No It is not like that.

I have administrator, I have provided him all the rights using Central Management Console.
I can login in WebInfo using this user.
But when I try to select any value in prompt, it gives me message as ‘No Value’

Can someone help me?

You might want to change the version of Java you are running…

Are you morphing Infoview and Webi in to one app :roll_eyes:
Infoview is the portal that allows you to view\interact with documents
Webi is the report building tool

And as suggested by Mak - there are issues with certain versions of Java and prompts.

I suggest you alter the title of your topic to reflect the problem.
