How to query CMS for all used Schedule frequencies?

Hi,

We are busy migrating from XIR2 to XI31 SP5. We have a lot of scheduled reports. In XI R2 Each report is separately scheduled.

We have more than 1000 reports that have been scheduled. Some of them run on Tuesday, some of them run on every workday, some others once in a month. I am looking for a Query Builder expression to get a list of all types of frequency of schedules…
Anyone has a expression ready for the Query Builder for this answer.

My output should be like this

Schedule type Name Report

on mondays report A
on tuesdays report B
every week report X
, , report Y
, , report Z
each month report M

I am already familiar with a lot of expressions for the query builder but this one I still haven’t found!


Goal : What I want to to is to cluster all reports in a publication in order to clean up all schedules that have been created on report level.…

Check the BOB’s Downloads forum. There are several downloads that may work for you or at least give you an idea on what queries to run.
