How to publish reports in client's folder?

we have created reports in Webi and we have hundred clients.we want to keep those reports in their folders.
1)How can we Schedule the webI reports for all the users?

Answer:-

2)we have used condition in query filter, when ever user refresh the query panel it asks the user to select the client?we want user to refresh the reports, but we don’t want user to select other user name?Bottom line is we want every user can select only their name only?
