How to preserve the customized LOV setting in offline mode?

In my case,i give my test universe to user and access it in offline mode.
But lateron i will let user access through repository when in production .

Your customized LOV’s are to be found in the subdirectory with the same name in which the Universe is put. I guess you could just copy it and put it in same directory for end-user.
