How to load users/groups from txt file in Business Object XI

I wan to upload users/groups to the BO repository from a txt file using some type of tools in BO. From reading other discussions, it looks like I can use “Start/All programs/Business Objects XIR2/BusinessObjectsEnterprise/IMPORT WIZARD” application. And the text format is like this one,

“GroupA,UserA,Sandy,sandy@yahoo.com,manager,east region”

When I tried to run this wizard, it asked me to log on to the source BO installation and destination BO installation to transfer objects to a server to a server. I am not sure if this is the right tool to do this simple task. I am not a BO admin so I ran the wizard from my own PC. I am wandering this may be the problem or the version differences? My BO Admin is new and never heard about any tools to upload users/groups from txt file. Help me if I am using the right Wizard?

Yes you are using the right tool, but try to run the wizard on the server itself if you can. Hope that helps.
