For Patches check History file on this path - C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Patches.
Hope this help you…

This is path where you will icons for different tools like designer, deski, import wizard:
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86
Right click on icons to go to properties and go to version to look at the version. My import wizard version is 11.5.8.897.
With this version number can we check about Service packs and fix packs anywhere.

Do we have any documentation for this Version? So we can identify file version with Service Pack/Patch level.
Thanks,

To verfify if you have SP2, go to the control panel and add remove programs, check for the service packs there.

The easiest way perhaps is to log-in to CMC, get-in to “Settings” and under the “Properties” tab you would find “Product Version” mentioned!

Remember that server components are separate from client components. Ideally they should be in sync but its possible to upgrade your server components and neglect to upgrade the client components.
Thats the beauty of using WebI, no client components to upgrade.
