How to install and logging into Infoview 5.1

1.We have installed Web Intelligence 2.7.We can see the following options in that

Web Intelligence Start

Web Intelligence Stop

Web Intelligence Setup

Web intelligence notify

Web Intelligence Administrator tool

User and Admin Help

But when we run Web Intelligence server,It doesn’t open Infoview portal.Could you plz. let us know URL for logging into Infoview(http://blrkec37729d:port.no/…) where the m/c specified is our BO server and what port is to be specified here.

  1. What login and password is to be used to login into Infoview 5.1:the BO designer and reporter id and passwd or the one which we created during installation?

  2. If BO xi is also installed in the same m/c,will it be an issue to open 5i Infoview?

Hi,

  1. For InfoView login page browse here http://blrkec37729d/wi/

  2. For login to InfoView use your normal BO account (either reporter or general supervisor or any other). Do not use the ID created during the installation.

You’re assuming that all of the people on the board understand your abbreviations – but they may not. We ask that people please avoid such instant-message abbreviations, and spell out words like please and machine (if that is what m/c means?)

You can only have one version of Enterprise software on the server at a time, unless, perhaps, you are using Unix.
