I have to search for a particular object in 1000 reports.How can I find these objects.Any quick method.

Not much you can do but to go from report to report and identify the object.
Having said this u possible want to try out the SDK and check if there are any options there. If you have a license for SDK, then you get access to the developer suite section of techsupport site of BO where they have some samples for the two types (ASP and JSP) and procedure of how to install them. These can be a good starting point.
