How to find number of refreshes on a report for each per day

How can I create a audit report to find how many times does a user refreshed/opened particular Webi/Crystal report in a day?

Hi,
Business objects ships some sample Audit reports, it seems “Most Accessed Documents” report should be relevant to your requirement or atleast a starting point.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I checked “Most Accessed Documents - By Refreshes”, but crystal report refresh events are not audited. Is there anyway to create custom report to audit crystal report events.

Hi laks,
I doubt we can’t.
There is a Note in Sample reports that “Crystal Report Refresh events are NOT Audited in this version of Business Objects”(BO 3.1).

Hi Satish,

I understood we cannot get crystal report refreshes. Now I am trying to find how many times a crystal report has opened. I tried using “Most Accessed Document – By times read” but the problem I am facing is when a user views a new page in a report, its recording as new event.

For example I opened a crystal report in Infoview and viewed 5 pages, I am seeing count of 6 (I am expecting to see one).

Any Idea??
