How to find and stop scheduled jobs/reports

Hello,
I have several reports, that were scheduled by someone else at one time. The reports still run and send the report via email, but we need to stop those reports from occurring.
And the challenge is that i can’t find the report anywhere in BO XIr2.
In one case i think i know who the user was that originally created the report, but they are gone and their account has been deleted.
In the other case i don’t actually know who scheduled the report, we just know that a bunch of people are still receiving the reports.
Any body have any suggestions as to how to find them and kill them?

Assuming a Java deployment, go to /businessobjects/enterprise115/adminlaunch and go to the Instance Manager. You can look for all recurring jobs there and delete as necessary.

Thanks - that is helpful. I had actually seen a similar URL before i posted but i couldn’t get it to work; i was able to get into the Administration Launchpad using the URl you suggested.

However i only see a handful of objects under instance manager, recurring; and none are the ones i am trying to remove.

Would this show Crystal Reports that are being scheduled through the CMS also? or just Webi documents?

Should be everything. Ensure you have the appropriate rights as well to delete other’s reports.
