i have installed xcelisus engage, but “Manage add-ons” is disabled how to enable that. Please help me

Hi
I have the same problem with you. but i have install Enterprise.
and i solved this problem by go to:
1.start->run->type msconfig
2.choose tool tab
3.select on “Change user Account Control Settings”
4.Press Launh
5.User Account Control Setting will appear
6.scroll down
7.click OK
8.Open your xcelsius again, you will see Manage Add-ons enable
Note. I use windows 7
