How To Enable General Supervisor User

Hi,

We have one general Supervisor, that is been disabled, we dont have other General supervisor user to enable that.

So please give me the solution how to enable a general supervisor

Hi,

Thanks for giving solution, i tried to chage the following

Update OBJ_M_ACTOR
Set M_ACTOR_C_PASSWORD = NULL
Where M_ACTOR_C_NAME = ;

and changed the M_ACTOR_N_STATUS=1

now in user properties Disable user is blocked.

pls give me a solution

You can never disable a general supervisor id from supervisor. You either delete it or it gets disabled because of a password issue.

There is no solution to this. This is how it is supposed to work.
