How to drow plot detail line

Hi to all,
I need to replicate the graph attached.

I use a scatter plot to drow the points, but it is possible to drow those lines that crate some kind of quadrants?

it’d be nice also just for a single plpt (like just for “GOLD” part of the plot)

Web Intelligence doesn’t currently offer that feature. You might be able to get really creative by overlaying line charts on top of the scatter chart. I’m just thinking out loud here.
