How to display Top 5 Revenue ina Seperate Column

Hi,

In my report i have to calculate Top 5 accounts Revenue and i have to display in a seperate column. And next to that i have to display Revenue of all accounts for each country  AND  in th next column (Sum of TOP 5 Account) * 100 / (Sum of All Account).

Here is the attached excel sheet for the Report.

Any help around this
