How to display column headings on drill down pages?

The details are suppressed. When drilled down to see the details, the column headings do not show. This makes it hard for the users to figure out the information on the report. The column headings only shows up on the summary page. Is there a way to get around this? Thanks.

Hi,

If you use the NameOf([object]) function in the title at the top level of your drill, it should automatically change the name as you drill down.

Try this out on a simple drill report first.

This is in XI 3.1, so hopefully works the same in your version.

under report option click the check box “Show All Headers on Drill Down”. Make sure your the detail section define as “Hide (Drill-Down OK)”.

When you done this perform the basic drill down.

I’m currently using CR2008. The Report Option worked. I’ll keep the NameOf([object]) function in mind in the future. Thank you for the tips.
