how to deploy tomcat after edit properties file

This is the first message and question.
I would like change the word [Help] of logon.jsp(infoview logon page) :roll_eyes:
After I change properties file under
Tomcat55\webapps\InfoViewApp\WEB-INF\src\com\businessobjects\infoview
how I deploy tomcat :?
