How to customize format number

HI

i am trying to calculate percentage.Value for the formula i am trying to calculate has a variance of “1000% +” but does not have sufficient decimal places to report the result…

can anyone let me know how to customize the “format number” to display 1000%+. value.

right click on the cell where it’s being displayed and go to format number

thanks for your reply. i know i have to click on the format number. i attached the screen shot. how i customized . but this did not help. so was looking for better way of customizing to display with value 1000+%.

so after you select percentage click the custom button then you can add your own format
