we have a bunch of .pdf/.csv output under the Public folder–>sub folders which were generated from Bursting. Is there an easy way to delete or archive and send it to a different server.? since outputs are growing everyday.
Do the limits option works on outputs like schedule has the instance stack to the report.
We are on SAP BI 4.2 sp3 on Windows server 2012

That’s exactly what instance limits are for – it will purge older reports that exceed the limit amount. Note that if you lower the limit, old reports won’t be purged immediately.
If you want to archive the old reports, there is no out-of-the-box solution, although I believe there are third-party solutions that will do that.
