You have to change the size of the column in the spreadsheet itself, and them bind the spreadsheet component to your cell range.

Thank you. It works but If we change the size of column in spreadsheet few days after binding the its not getting reflected. Can you please advice on this?

Depending on the version you are using, you can just click on the spreadsheet component and click the General tab of the properties and it will automatically reflect your column changes, otherwise you will have to re-bind the data range.
