How to assign User Security in CMC..?

Hi,

I am new to BO, i have a scenario here for which i need your help.

I want to assign user level security for BO users.

let me get straight what i want.

1.I have created the user for our HR person in the CMC.
2. In launch pad i have a folder for HR reports.

I want that HR user should see only the specific folder and its reports in launch pad, rest anyone logging in the launch pad should not see that folder.

can anyone guide me on this…
