How to add report files in bulk to folder of BOE XI R2

I am new to BOE XI R2. I have more than 300 reports (CR XI R2) which are currently residing in IIS. I am in the process of transferring all those to BOE XI R2. Can i do this in bulk? Is there any alternative than selecting one by one and uploading? Please help

On the BOE-XI (R2) server there should be a Windows application called “Publishing Wizard” that lets you mass-publish a folder of reports to your Enterprise environment.

Take a look at the Enterprise Admin documentation for details on how to use the “Publishing Wizard”.
