How Do You Use Bobj? Push Reports or User Logs into Bobj?

Sorry for the abbreviated title but I ran out of space when I spelled out everything.

We keep hearing that we are “somewhat unique” in the Business Objects arena. We are a 3rd Party company and have many clients for whom we create and push reports. They can be transactional as well as analytical reports. Those clients do not have logins to Business Objects.

We also have reports that are pushed to our internal team members as well. We do have a few internal users but even they prefer reports to be pushed to them rather than refresh a report in Business Objects.

I am interested to see how other companies are using it. Are we really that unique? Are there others out there that push more reports than internal folks run and/or retrieve their own information?

You are not unique. I know organizations that license Crystal Reports Server/SAP Crystal Server because it is dirt cheap and you can push large numbers of Crystal Reports out to end users. This suits their needs and they are perfectly happy with it.
