How do you set default preferences for all users?

I need all new users to have a default view format of INTERACTIVE. How do I change those default preferences? Can’t find anything on it in documentation.

maybe try search the forum first - this has been discussed many times.
In the downloads section there is a file you can download which does this for you.

thanks for the response blair but the first thing i did was search the forum (on default view format and the like), and just did again and i can’t find anything. Can you point me in the right direction? And in regard to the download file, are you referring to BusObj support site?

Hi,

I think this allows you to modify preferences of existing users. Thus you probably need to run this each time you create a user no?
