How different is Business Objects XI from Crystal Report?

I have been working on Business Objects XI for the last two years. Now I have an opportunity to work on Crystal Reports 2008, I would like to know the differences and the advantages between these tools . Could you guys please help me out.

At the reporting layer it is very different. so much so that I can’t even begin to provide a list. I went from Crystal Report XI to Business Objects WebI last year. the learning curve was shorter than if I had never used a report writing tool. But, there was still a fairly steep curve.
