I am not a BOB user or admin. But I was asked to look at automating (automated testing tool, shell script, SQL job, etc.) the process of ending inactive sessions.
Right now we have someone who every hour logs into the Business Objects 6.5 admin module and looks for logged-in users with with an inactivity value of 120 minutes or greater. The admin then selects these users and presses the logout/kick-off/end-session button (I don’t recall exactly what it is called).
A couple questions.

Does BOB 6.5 have a built-in option to end user sessions automatically after some period of inactivity that we’re just not aware of? I don’t want to reinvent the wheel.

If BOB 6.5 can’t do this itself, has anyone tackled this a simple way?
