How can we do prompting box empty when refreshing it?

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your quick reply. It is very helpful for us.I did what you suggested, then it is working fine.
But still we have one problem with this. When i refresh the document in infoview the list of prompting box opens.
Among these box if i click on show values button only one box is not showing the List of values. But it is showing lovs in BO. But it is not showing in infoview.
What could be the problem? Can you solve it pls?.
