I have one issue, like i have generated some BO reports (all are having some prompts) and i have published those reports into infoview documents. From infoview only users are working with them. If user wants to refresh the documents then the Existing prompting values are displayed now.But they do not want to display the previous prompting values instead those values they want empty in the prompting box.
Is it possible to do? if yes pls help me out of this.

But still we have one problem with this. When i refresh the document in infoview the list of prompting box opens.
Among these box if i click on show values button only one box is not showing the List of values. But it is showing lovs in BO. But it is not showing in infoview.
What could be the problem? Can you solve it pls?.
Open your report in BO, and check if the prompt has got corrupted or not. I the prompt has got corrupted, then when you put your cursor on that field the “Values” button get disabled. Try changing the prompt, for the sake try putting a “.” in the prompt. If it is not corrupted also, try changing the prompt by putting a “.” in the prompt.
