Hi,
How can I re-deploy BOE war files to the App server. The issue I have is that the folder icon is missing.

Hi APA,

There is a tool called WDeploy to deploy the WAR files.
Check the Web Application Deployment guide available here: http://help.sap.com/bobip40/
It guides you through the steps necessary for your environment.

However, is it only the folder icon that is missing or are there also other missing icons? In the latter case, it’s not a Web application issue but your installation got corrupted. Check note 1916822 if you are on UNIX.

Thanks, let me rectify, it is the folder icon on the Crystal Reports,
Crystal Reports do not display icons on InfoView or CMC.

I found this KBA 1753792 - The Crystal Reports does not display dynamic images such as graphs/charts on InfoView or CMC
It is not the same situation but it can fix the issue as well, what do you think?
